The Pre Visit

Your experience starts once you have booked an appointment online If I feel like I need more info from you I will send through a text to your mobile number.

Once you have scheduled your appointment, I will confirm it’s all correct then I will accept it or adjust if I need.

You can expect a confirmation text 72 hours before your appointment and a reminder email 24 hours before. PLEASE fill out the forms attached with your confirmation message!

Cancellations + changes within 48 hours will be charged 50% unless I am able to fill your appointment. 
I have a strict No Show Policy + you will be invoiced 100% of the booked appointment if you do not turn up or cancel on the same day.

I require a credit/debit card on file for ALL appointments. You will not be charged, but it holds the appointment for you. This is a non-negotiable part of booking with me as I do have operating + living costs to cover.

Arriving & Parking

The day of your appointment you will pull up to the cutest little salon this side of Perth! You know you will have the right place when you see the big sign that says THE PINK HOUSE. Parking out the front of the house is for staff only, so please make your self familiar with the parking around Leederville before you arrive to your appointment.

Come straight through past the front area through to the main floor on your right + take a seat on the pink or blue couch 😁 You can relax in my space knowing, I thoroughly clean & disinfect between each of my clients, so the space is ready for you to settle in and make yourself at home.

The Consultation

Once you’re in salon we will sit down for a 15 minute consultation. Here we will discuss not only the details of your first visit, but we will also find a plan that will compliment your hair history, goals and lifestyle.

We'll talk about your hair dreams and worst nightmares, and take a look at some inspiration photos so I can get a clear idea of the things you love and don't love.

After I have a clear vision of our goal, I'll walk you through what's obtainable, our game plan for today and future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.

Once we have come up with a plan and you feel comfortable with what we have decided on I will get started! I will ask you if you would like a drink - (I offer a full drinks menu! ASK ME ABOUT THE COCKTAIL OF THE MONTH!) and then I will get some colour mixed up so I can work my magic!

PSA: I’m adhd and forgetful so during this part in the process, please remind me to get before & after pictures 🤣

The Magic

Don't worry about washing your hair before you come in, I don't mind a little natural oil and the shampoo is the best part!

All color services utilize Original Mineral CØR Colour + lighteners as well as Redken shades eq. These colours are designed to be long lasting, enhance shine, and improve the health of your hair all while respecting your hair & the environment. Your formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in my system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit. I will work efficiently to respect your time, but I will never sacrifice the quality of my work by rushing on your hair.

I have Wi-Fi, water, tea, coffee, snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as your colour processes! Please feel free to bring a book, TV show, or work laptop with you. Your time in my chair is yours, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time with me! We can talk about ANYTHING YOU LIKE! Feel free to ask me for anything, nothing is TMI for me! I’m only scared of butterfly’s, moths, birds, and roaches… pretty much anything that can fly at me😩

You can also request a silent visit. For days you’re overstimulated, Aunt Flo has come for her monthly visit or your kids/ partner/ situationship are driving you to alcoholism or Graylands - I got you and I don’t judge.. Fill out the form that comes with your reminder text or reply back ‘Silent visit’ 🤐

Saying Goodbye

We will finish our service by styling, and of course, the mini photoshoot if we have discussed this during consultation. You are of course under no obligation to have your photo taken! This is when we get some killer shots of your beautiful hair all styled and ready for a night out… or a night at home 🤣 I will also recommend at-home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home, and we will set you up for your next appointment.
